General Payment Information

Fees associated with Toll Free Premium services are charged to the Organizer's credit card at completion of the conference. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Conference Call Services."

Fees associated with recurring payment plans are charged monthly to the Organizer's credit card from the day service is activated. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Conference Call Services."

	Web-Scheduled Premium 800 Description and Availability A Conference Organizer with a Web-Scheduled account may host a conference with a toll-free Dial-in Number (Web-Scheduled Premium 800 conference). Web-Scheduled conferences can be cancelled anytime up to fifteen minutes before the scheduled start of the conference. Fees We charge the Organizer’s credit card $0.10 per minute, rounded to the next minute, for each caller (including international and domestic callers using the Alternative Dial-in Number provided). The Organizer pays only for actual time and number of telephone lines used, regardless of what was reserved when the conference was scheduled. Taxes All applicable sales, local, state, and Federal taxes are included. 	FreeConference Select Description and Availability FreeConference Select recurring billing plans are available with Standard Web-Scheduled conferences for adding additional features. These features can be purchased individually as needed. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for your Standard Web-Scheduled audio conference. Your monthly service begins upon successful registration and credit card confirmation. Fees Recording - $9/month or $6.50/use Note that service is on a monthly recurring billing cycle. In the event that a credit card cannot be authorized 5 days prior to the billing due date, user will be notified to update payment information. Service, at FreeConference’s option, will be cancelled if payment information is not updated by billing due date. FreeConference may discontinue or suspend services for non-payment at any time without incurring liability. Organizers can request cancellation of services on their 'Account' page. Cancellation requests are effective at the end of the current billing cycle which appears in the 'Premium Add-On Services' section of the 'Account' page. Taxes All applicable sales, local, state, and Federal taxes are included. SharePlus™ Desktop Sharing - $9/month or $6.50/use Note that service is on a monthly recurring billing cycle. 	Conference Recording, Computer Download, and Telephone Playback Description and Availability A Conference Organizer can specify that a conference be recorded in industry-standard MP3 format for Computer Download and Telephone Playback. This service is available with Web-Scheduled Premium 800 conferencing, and with certain recurring service options and must be selected while scheduling the conference. The conference Organizer will receive instructions for Computer Download and Telephone Playback via e-mail within two hours of the conference's scheduled end time. We save the recording until the recording expiration date provided in the e-mail. Conference Recording can be cancelled up to fifteen minutes before the scheduled start of the conference. Fees There is no cost for Conference Recording with Toll Free Premium 800 service. We provide you unlimited use of Computer Download and Telephone Playback for 30 for each recording. Note: once you download the recording to your computer it is yours to keep forever. If you have chosen a recurring conference plan, your cost for recording is included in the monthly bundled service plan. If you have chosen to receive recording ONLY on a monthly basis, you only pay the agreed upon rate from your service as specified on this website. NOTICE: Privacy laws require that everyone on a recorded conference call agrees to being recorded. Please be aware that everyone entering your conference will hear a message stating the conference is being recorded. They will be required to push a button on the telephone keypad to enter. Anyone not doing so will be unable to join the conference.



	Recording Expiration Date Extensions Description and Availability We save conference recordings for 30 for unlimited Computer Download and Telephone Playback. Once you download the recording from us it is yours to keep forever. The conference Organizer will receive instructions for Computer Download and Telephone Playback via e-mail within two hours of the conference's scheduled end time. We save the recording until the recording expiration date stated in the e-mail. Fees At completion of the conference, we charge the Organizer a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for each ten-day extension selected. 	Conference Transcription Description and Availability A Conference Organizer can agree to send her name, e-mail address, and phone number to a recommended third-party transcription service. This option is only available when Conference Recording is selected for a Web-Scheduled Premium 800 conference, or a recurring services plan. The third-party transcription service will contact the Organizer directly to discuss transcription options and related fees. For privacy reasons, the transcription service will obtain the recording file directly from the Organizer. Conference Transcription can be cancelled up to fifteen minutes before the scheduled start of the conference. Fees Any negotiations and transactions for this service will occur solely between the conference Organizer and the third-party transcription service.
